- What counts as a location?
- One street address. Multiple floors or suites at the same address are one location. Services with no address, such as company mobile lines or a security subscription, are account-wide and carry no location charge.
- What counts as a client?
- One organization an advisor serves. Each client gets the full platform with unlimited locations, services and users, free.
- Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
- No. Start with one location or one client free and add the rest when you are ready. If you would rather we build it from your bills, our team will quote that.
- How do additions and reductions bill?
- Additions are prorated and billed immediately. Reductions take effect at the next renewal of your subscription.
- Is a credit card required to start?
- No. Your first location or client is free for as long as you like. You add a card only when you add a second.
- Does my advisor cost extra?
- No. Invite your existing advisor free. Companies that use DemarcLabs for advisory and sourcing get the platform free.
- Do you offer volume or multi-year agreements?
- Yes. Above one hundred locations or clients, or for a custom agreement, talk to our team.
- Is everything included?
- Yes. There are no feature tiers. Every workspace gets the full platform from day one.
